About Posters for Peace

Posters for Peace is a student-led initiative that amplifies empathy through art and messages. We coordinate school chapters to design, produce, and deliver posters carrying hope and encouragement to children and families affected by conflict and displacement. Working with established humanitarian partners, our role is to humanize aid — giving food, shelter, and services a face and a story. Chapters collect messages, create posters, and support the full campaign cycle while a central office (Washingtonville High School) manages approvals, logistics, partnerships, and verification of service hours.
